I was helped by a young lady named tiata who took me through each step to apply and rent, even helping me online with things I didn't understand. Karan and his team esp Tiata who I worked with mostly are phenomenal! Karan even had a couple little toys for my kids and basic move in necessities like paper plates, toilet paper, etc in a little bin to welcome us to our new rental. We drove allllllll night long so to have Tiata work with us and show up when it best worked for us was huge. She truly has gone above and beyond STILL to help us find the right internet in our area and other things. Stonemark is the best property management company out there. Ive rented through a few before and this is so far the best company my family has ever had. Very efficient and determined to get work done. Well valued in there tenants. This company goes above and beyond. They were able to get done what my other property company we started with couldn't. Karan and tiata are amazing, friendly, hard working, and just all around great people. I couldn't ask for a better company.
